It arrived on our door step very well boxed and protected...The Price on Amazon was the best I found, and I checked everywhere.The unit is in our bedroom in the corner, only assembly required was the corner top piece / support. I was impressed w/how well the unit is engineered and contained the corner pieces inside the back w/wing nut screws. These same screws are re-used for the support leg of the corner option. It looks Very Nice, heat is very good, and the Flames look realistic enough for nice ambience. I looked at a LOT of fireplaces before settling on this unit for it's simple yet attractive design and the fact the cabinet is made of real wood and not particle / manufactured wood equivalent.

I love this electric fireplace. It creates a warm atmosphere, and I like that I can have the "fire burning" without having the heating element on. It is a little noisy with the heater and fan operating, but not bad. My only complaint is that the wood is considerably darker than it appears on the web site and on the packing carton. Even so, it is a lovely addition to my bedroom.

I received my fireplace yesterday evening. I have an old 1940s house with an oil furnace and my bedroom is always cold. I was very impressed with the quality of the heat. It is a nice, even heat throughout the room. The fireplace is well made . . . it is an attractive piece. I was informed this design is being discontinued ... I hope the company will reconsider because I wouldn't mind having one of these fireplaces in white (which was sold out when I placed my order).
