Opened the box; read instructions....tried the heater ---- humidifier worked for less than 5 seconds (yes, five!); no exaggeration. I tried resetting, removing, adding water -- nothing helped. Very disappointing. The ONLY reason I bought this heater was for the humidifier -- argh!!!

My only complaint is the humidifier. It has some major issues and needs improving. It is too soon to notice energy savings.
