The heater was easy to install. The feet didn't come with it so I installed it on a wall. I had ordered it set up for propane and it came set up that way.The instructions said that the flame should be blue with no orange tips. There are orange tips and there is no way to adjust the flame. The trouble shooting guide stated that I need a new gas valve. I have tried to contact SureFire by phone and email and there is no response.I guess that I'm stuck with a dud.

This unit has proved to be great very efficient. I would recommend to anyone it was easy to install really pumps out the heat on low settings.
