I really liked the look of this item, but it doesn't heat very well and could only really feel it close up. Had it running for a couple hours and still felt cold in the room. It is louder than expected as well. I would have given this 5 stars if it heated my bedroom better. Now I need to find something else.

I am thrilled with this product..It was easy to hang and performs beautifully!! All my guests think I had a Gas Fireplace installed. Even I forget sometimes and think it is real flame!! LOL.. ..

The fireplace is Great I use it our bedroom which was always a little cooler and with the thermostat it keeps the room just the right temperature
