Love it. It heats our 100 year old (drafty) 2900 sq ft house and the basement. It's 21 deg F outside and the furnace setting is on 3 (of 5) and doing great. We now have a constant/steady temp in the house. My furnace holds four 40 lbs bags (160 lbs). Depending where you read, you may see it has a 320 lb hopper. If this is important to you, double verify you are getting the unit with the 320 lb hopper. For me, it's not a big deal.This replaces my old wood stove . . . pellets stack a lot easier, burns more efficient, and, very importantly, I am not getting up in the middle of the night to keep the fire going. I can work a 12 hr day and the furnace keeps going with plenty of reserve in the hopper. I haven't owned long enough to determine savings accurately, but based on pellet usage to date, I hope to save several hundred dollars a month. I love the furnace. I haven't owned any other pellet stove, so my review is limited in that regard.
